Made with high welfare, free range British pork, this back bacon is dry cured, lightly beech smoked and air-dried. Cut thinner than many other bacons, this has a more intense flavour due to the air-drying process which means that the meat is firmer. the flavour more concentrated and shrinkage is minimal.
