No8. Using the whole orange, this marmalade is bitter, more tangy and intensely orange. Full of juicy Seville peel.
During the winter months whilst the bees await the warmth of spring, January is marked by the arrival of Amadora's seville oranges. For a short time, it is marmalade season.
The oranges are slowly baked, sliced by hand and gently cooked in large copper pans. They add only organic Cuban sugar, Sicilian lemons and a little Coedcanlas honey.
